Because PDFs are delivered immediately after a verified payment, purchases are normally final. If your download is unavailable, duplicated, or materially defective, we will make it right.

Need help?

Please contact us with your order email and order number within 14 days. We will investigate and, where a refund is appropriate, return it through the original payment method.
